We are stressed. We have so many things to do. Kids, spouse, older parents, tight schedules, fast food, comfort food and drinks that all zap our energy. Which further stresses us out.
We don't spend the time on us. We all have the same amount of time but don't find the time for us. Which really means, we haven't found it valuable to spend time on our health, whether it's mental health, emotional, or physical health.
Done by fitness, nutrition, and support by someone who's been there, studied it.
About me... How did I get healthier, lose weight with less time? My story...
With a passion for fitness and walking the walk... if you want to lose weight over 40, I've been there, lost all 40lbs of my baby weight (and more) and found that exercise at home can be both efficient and effective! I used workouts for women to lose weight fast at home. Now, I use these techniques as Burn Fat Forever for women. I am an older mother, having a child in my 40's. If you are struggling with this, I'd like to give you hope. A healthy and fit body will help your fertility. Something that I assumed was so simple became so hard - that was getting pregnant at an older age. This was my motivation to become the healthiest ever, so that I could use natural fertility treatment effectively. Could natural fertility work? I didn't believe it until it happened, when I was 44!! I had a baby after age 40 with fertility issues!! I have coached and trained many clients, from young to older and all ages in between, both genders, post rehab, weight loss, sedentary and athletic. I enjoy being part of their lifestyle change.
I offer a customized approach to your health and fitness goals. My programs include: Fitness Coaching, Intuitive Eating or Undieting coaching, personal in home training, and webinars. All coaching or training programs start with an in-depth interview so that I learn all your fitness needs in order to best help you. I make sure you are doing it right and dispel fitness myths that sabotage your efforts.

With a huge passion for fitness and enjoying all that the world has to offer – it’s contagious! I practice what I preach – avid runner, cyclist, practice yoga regularly, hike, travel, and relax too!
About me - Deciding on Isagenix nutrition as a way of Helping Others..
The clincher was my added bloat, lack of energy which really affected my life. Something had to change! I decided on Isagenix! Right away, the bloating problem was cleared up and the energy was so much higher. I was a much happier person! Now, I really know how nutrition is the most important thing you can do to change your life, before exercise.
